A musical journey through the in-between
UNBORN is an intimate theatrical concert blending ambient neo-soul, R&B, hip-hop and indigenous rhythms. Inspired by the infinite in-between of transformation, UNBORN invites you to travel through the inner universe of OTION. Surrounded by emotions like confusion, melancholy and joy, UNBORN creates a moment of reflection and motivates you to kick off your own personal process of transformation. Venture through a world of text, music and projections with the guiding question: “Am I breaking down or unfolding?”.
W.A.V.E Session
A wave session is a special gathering, where OTION harnesses the power of sound, voice, scent, and the composition of the space at hand. This immersive experience is like diving into the refreshing waters of self-connection, allowing participants to become like water, receptive to the high-frequency energies that ripple through them, gently carrying away what no longer serves them.
In this journey, the audience will navigate the currents of inner awareness, guided by OTION’s voice. This session delves into the boundless self, making a deeper connection to the ever-flowing present moment.
otion & the submarines
OTION performs his original repertoire live or is commissioned to write / compose / direct / perform a reflection on a specific theme / brand or purpose of an event. Just like water, OTION’s performances come in many forms either solo or accompanied by The Submarines.
OTION x all these voices
All These Voices is an evening curated, hosted and meticulously orchestrated by OTION. It's a celebration of the fluidity of voices, a lyrical homage to the cascading words, the songs, the diverse stories, emotions, and viewpoints that flow through each utterance.
OTION's purpose with each edition is to create a space for an array of voices, submerging the audience in a receptive atmosphere that allows All These Voices to ripple through the depths and be truly heard.

BIO OTION - master of sceneries®
Guillermo Armand Blinker a.k.a. OTION
Theo d'Or-nominee (2024) OTION - is a multifaceted artist passionate about dance, theatre choreography, composing, songwriting and performing.
OTION's artistic journey began in Amsterdam in 2000 at Lucia Martha's Institute for Performing Arts. His talent led to roles in Dutch musicals, television shows, and theatre productions. After graduating from Codarts in 2010, he moved to New York in ‘10 with the Huygens Scholarship. His artistic versatility took him to Hong Kong ‘12, Istanbul ‘15, Beijing ‘17, Vienna ‘22, Seville ‘23, Cape Town ‘24 and Paramaribo ‘24, where he participated in various projects and residencies. And concluding this September in Amsterdam again, with an All These Voices — an evening filled with enchanting music, stimulating spoken word, dance, powerful poetry, and vocal sound healing.
Exploring his ancestry through his work, OTION developed a deep appreciation for the metaphysical/spiritual aspects of his art form. As an interdisciplinary artist, his mission is to create spaces where others can be moved by the power of sound and reconnect with themselves.
The name 'OTION' symbolizes water, the most resonant element in the cosmos, reflecting our intrinsic composition and recurring in all his works.
